While going through the pictures sent to me from
"Florida Clown Day"
I saw this nifty looking clown
I had to call Suga'Belle and ask "Who was that Clown?"
Next day or so I opened the Jan/Feb issue of CALLIOPE
and wouldn't you know it - there was Sparky!
